Tae Kwon Do Classes

Instruction in Tae Kwon Do for children and adults is taught by Instructor Jeff Blake of Mooresville, NC.  Beginners classes are every Tuesday night beginning at 6:00 pm in Lindsey Hall.  The class is for ages 4 to adult.  The cost for each class is $5.00.  You can begin at any time.  There is not a specific start date for sessions.  All training is beneficial, and we review weekly, so you will be caught up in no time.  

Training for advanced belts begins at 7:00 pm and lasts until 8:00.  Team Foundation will participate in many tournaments each season.  It is recommended that if you plan on participating in a tournament, that you come to the tournament training.

There will be a brief bible study betweent the two classes.  This ministry has been beneficial in bringing several individuals to know the Lord.  We are very pleased to offer it as a ministry.

Our team has participated in many tournaments this year, bringing home many trophies.  WAY TO GO, TEAM FOUNDATION!!
